Very Dissapointed

Washer and dryer delivered. The dryer was utterly dented. Waiting for delivery a week later they are hours late. Called the sales rep and manager to discuss what they might do. No return call on the first. 45 min wait on the second twice transferred to the wrong dept. then I’m told you agreed to the date. Compensation for inconvenience? Call Delores. Her email and number don’t have it. We’ll see what today brings but I planned to spend 10K on renovating kitchen. Not happening here!

Welcome to our community, though I do wish it were under better circumstances. I've always found that the hardest part of buying new applicances (or TVs and computers, for that matter) is selecting the best product with the right features for me from all of the options available these days. It was discouraging to hear that you encountered issues during the delivery and that your course to finding a resolution has not been successful. I apologize for our having disappointed you.
