VERY UPSET - Long time Best Buy Customer

To Whom It May Concern,

 

I ordered a dryer and never received it. They made me wait for it and never showed up. Three days later, they called me to re-schedule. 

 

I could have bought at Home Depot, but since I am a long time customer, I decided to continue buying from Best Buy.

 

However, this last purchase was a disaster, please contact me to resolve it.
