Utter incompetence

Bought in stock stove Jan 8th, 1st delivery Jan 25th. You scheduled 5 delivery appointments and never once managed to deliver the order. You charged my card 8 weeks ago and nothing. I have spent literal hours on hold and talking to both customer service and a "supervisor" who either ignored me or just lied. I have had no stove for 5 weeks. I deserve compensation for this disaster. I have purchased all my tech from BB, but you have lost a customer who's planning on purchasing A TV, fridge, smart lighting abd laptop in 2022, so good job
