My husband and I had a refrigerator installed on July 5 - it's July 7 and the refrigerator door no longer closes. We noticed it wasn't closing easily immediately and asked for someone to come out to fix it and were told the soonest is this Saturday. Today the door stopped closing altogether. It is almost 100 degrees out, and we have no option as to where to put food so that it will not spoil. My 76 year old husband just went out in the heat to go to a Best Buy store because he was told that is the only way we can get help in scheduing a repair sooner. We need immediate assistance. This is entirely Best Buy's fault - the installation was faulty and now we are left with no assistance.
