We have a delivery scheduled for this Friday and need the following for our managment company:

- Custom COI 

- Covid-19 safety plan for review.  The plan should be in the format provided on the NY Forward Safety Plan Template. 

- Proof that they have submitted to NYS the affirmation paperwork attesting to their planned compliance with NYS guidelines for business operations during Covid-19

I cannot affirm that BB can get you something that specialized in this short of a time frame.  

But you may consider changing to In Store Pickup.  Or going direct to a NY store near you can see if they can get it for you.

Best Buy has a COI that you can download but it is not specific to a particular store or location. 

If your company is inflexible to accept standard forms you may need to cancel your order and get everything organized first and then re-order.
