Unresponsive home advisor and incomplete installation

Installation was not completed on 7/22, I called Best Buy and told them installers said “call Best Buy and get someone who knows doorbells” bc they couldn’t install a Ring doorbell. Called on 7/22 spoke with Shauna who “rescheduled” for 7/28. Since I had not received a confirmation email I call Best Buy in 7/27 and spoke with someone who said “we will call you back “ no one has called! The home advisor I got has not responded to my messages On this install AND the wrong parts he ordered for another install we requested! I’ve had the worst service with Best Buy home advisor and HIS scheduling of installation and orders!! I need the telephone number to their corporate office to file a complaint. I’ve spent too much money for poor service!!!
