I recently purchased a 77" TV from Best Buy and requested Geek Squad to move my existing TV from my living room to my bedroom. When I had similar sized TV's installed in the past Best Buy would usually send at leat 2 people to install the TV.
This time one person showed up at first. When it came time to install the TV the guy who installed the TV got a child (no older than 12) to help him install the very heavy TV. Needless to say things did not go well and they broke the TV. The person who broke the TV told me that he has filed a claim and
I have been trying for over a month now to get this resolved. Best Buy tells me that they filed a claim with their claim company Sedgwick. But Sedgwick is telling me that Best Buy has not filed a claim. I have been on the phone with someone from Best Buy almost every day for over 2 weeks now. According to Sedgwick I should get a claim number from Best Buy, but nobody at Best Buy is able to give me the claim number. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I am not sure if posting on this forum will give me any results but I figure it is worth a try.

I definitely understand why you'd be disappointed with the level of service, this far. Private Message your full name, phone number and email, so that I may take a deeper look.
