Unprofessional Delivery Nightmare

We bought a bunch of appliances for our new home. Our washer and dryer was delivered without issue.

 

Our refridgerator was left in our garage, with the delivery team saying they did not have enough people to install it. We made a second appointment, and they also showed up, without enough people to install it. Why on earth would you show up, twice, to install a refridgerator, without enough people to do so??? What sort of business practice is this? 

 

Best Buy, you knew it was a refridgerator when we bought it from you. It didn't change into a refridgerator over night, and you show up and, "Surprise! It's a refrigerator!" YOU KNEW it was a refridgerator both time, and yet, you didn't send enough people? Why schedule this, if you literally can't figure out how to install it?

 

So we set a THIRD APPOINTMENT. And WE TAKE OFF OF WORK TO BE HERE. And they show up today, and tell us, "the door is damaged, and they cant install it." 

 

So, to recap. The original team delivered a damaged item to our garage, and then refused to install it. And then a second team, refused to install it. And now the third team is saying they also cannot install it, and also, we have to send it back, because the first team damaged it. 

 

SERIOUSLY IT IS THE ONLY JOB YOU GUYS WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. WHY DID WE PAY YOU FOR THIS, IF IT IS STILL NOT DONE, AND THE ORIGINAL DUDES WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO DO THIS DAMAGED THE ITEM???

 

This is a nightmare. And we have been patient. But this amount of unprofessionalism and trash customer service is unbelievable. 

 

I've not been so freaking disappointed in a business in a very, very long time. This is not how you treat people who are buying big ticket items from you.
