I ordered a new stove to be delivered and installed. The installers came in, unhooked and moved my old stove and went to bring the new stove in. The new stove had a dent in it so I obviously refused that one.
When I asked the installer to hook back up my old stove, he said he was not allowed to. My new stove is now out of stock and will not be here for 2 more weeks.
I now have NO STOVE to use. Your installer should not have unhooked my old one until the new one was ready to be installed. Had this been done properly, I would still be able to use my old stove.
