Unacceptable service. Deceitful practices by Best Buy delivery

I’m demanding someone contract me to address what has been now a week of utter conduct by your delivery contractor in Chicago. I’ve missed 2 full days of work because of them / was told flat out lies by them and now have a washer in my living room because wrong dryer was brought on second attempt. The first delivery they said they never called me (I have screen shots to show they did) then 4 hours later they said they couldn’t deliver becauze of weather and had photos. How do you have photos when you said you were never there???! I’ve been told several times it’s being escalated and someone will contact me from Best Buy wirhin a few hours. It’s been 6 days! I have all of this documented and now don’t have a washer or dryer because they hauled it away while i again have to take yet another day off work on Tuesday for the correct dryer. I’ve never been so disrespected by any company in my life. Flat out excuses, lies by your delivery service. You should be ashamed to have your name associated with this type of conduct and service.

I demand someone contact me as I intend to contact the BBB, Illinois department of consumer affairs and the city of Chicago about a company conducting itself like this.

I better receive some sort of compensation for the time I’ve lost from work from all of this conduct.. also, glad I have a washer sitting in my living room since Friday. It reminds me every second how irritated I am with your company and still waiting on the phone call from whoever is reviewing this - that’s been occurring since Monday January 21. It’s now Sunday January 27. No one is that busy to not review and call me!

Good to see you all continue to not address. This is why you’re going to continue to lose business in Chicago to ABT. They - unlike you - listen and care about their customers. Thanks for adding to the week of awful treatment. I certainly will never purchase a single item from your store ever again. 20+ years of being a loyal customer - you don’t care.

Firstly I'd like to address the issue you detailed regarding your experience. I do see where there was an escalation submitted on the order after the initial attempt was unsuccessful, but it doesn't look like contact was ever made on our part so I do apologize for that. I would like to look into the order for you and see what we can do to resolve it.
