Unacceptable and bad experience !!

Hi there, So i bought a microwave on August 8 2019, and the agreement was after the delivery and will install it for me. No one told me the reason why  they have  been cancelling and delaying the delivery endless amount of time. After 2 full  month of waiting they deliver the microwave .The installation team called me in the morning saying they will be there in 30 minutes. The call was at 11 am and no one  show up. when i called the customer service no one couldn't help me or give me a solution. I have been calling ,chatting with best buy people almost everyday and the phone line to Geek Squad unreachable . It took over an hour  just to speak to someone  who is not going to help. Amazon is the busiest multi million company than Best Buy but they return a call just in seconds. My experience  with Best Buy has been  exhausting , unbelievable  and unacceptable . I called out of work every time when they  schedule for delivery or installation which they didn't show up and hey don't give you a call they don't sow up. I blame myself for allowing shopping anything from Best Buy and going through all this when i am Amazon prime member. The saddest thing from all is today is 09/20/19 i still didn't get any response or any solution from Best Buy.
