Hello Team,
I am trying to schedule a Return Pickup of Cooktop & Wall Oven since 16-Feb '23. I have lost count of how many times I have called and requested, but till today no response. I have also visited Best Buy local site and still no progress.
Now i am stuck with the products lying at my home and my refund money is also stuck.
Order No : {removed per forum guidelines}
The products just need to be picked ( No Uninstallation required)
PLEASE kindly look into it and determine the issue and have it fixed. This is quite frustrating to know a Tech company cannot solve a locked transaction since 16-Feb '23

Hello Team,
I had scheduled Island Hood installation at the time of delivery on 26-Jan 2023, but the XPO delivery denied installation saying it wasn't part of my contract, it was a rude way of communicating as if it was my fault.
Did complain about this but no response. So i went in to reschedule and got a date of 25-Feb 2023.
So, On the day of installation i waited till the time window ended and call to check on when will the person be coming, i get to know that the person who was assigned got injured and will not be coming.
There was no proactive call to let me know that such an event had taken place and so instead of sending some one else or calling me to inform..i had to waste my day waiting with zero results.
Again i had to reschedule for 14-Mar 2023...and today was the day..they come in just to let me know that they do not do island hood installation..I am disappointed with this service
Please look into this and escalate to who ever is responsible..i need the installation done today
