Unable to return washer and dryer

On 3/8/22, I tried calling Best Buy customer service to start a return/exchange on a washer and dryer I bought on 3/5/22. According to the rep I spoke to, the system listed the washer and dryer as returned.

That’s not possible, because the washer and dryer, still in the cardboard packaging, are sitting on my living room floor.

Because of The washing machine/dryer being listed in the system as returned, the rep was unable to process an exchange. He stated that he will escalate this issue to the back office/upper management, to get this resolved. I was to expect a call in 12 to 36 hours.

I never got a call back, and it is 3/15/22

I’ve called several times since 3/8/22, and this case has been escalated about three or four times, but I’ve still had no call back from the back office/upper management.

Not only that, but one of the reps that I spoke to said the case has been closed a couple of times, and has been resolved. Nope- the washer and dryer are still sitting on my living room floor.

I need help getting this issue resolved, please. Being a total tech member, I expected much more!
