UP SELLING INSTALLATION/BAIT&SWITCHCAUGHT LYING !!VIDEO!! uploaded to SM

1. Bought Double din Radio dvd player from bestbuy.com "FREE INSTALLATION " being the deciding factor.<br>2. Bought all Installation hardware, harnessess vehicle specific dash kit , antenna adapter, I mean the whole nine. Even an steering wheel volume control relay.<br>3. Scheduled appt...<br>4. Pre installation Phone call Agreed to $65 for steering wheel volume control installation labor. Which is fine because that's not "just" the radio, so reasonable request, so I agreed.<br>5.HERE IS WHERE I MESSED UP, I RESCHEDULED APPT.<br>6. WHEN RESCHEDULING APPT WIFE PUT WRONG VEHICLE MAKE, SO I TRIED AND TRIED CALLING THAT STORE 210SA AND APPARENTLY THEY ARENT RECEIVING CALLS RIGHT NOW, SO I FIGURE ILL SHOW UP EARLY INCASE THERES ANY CONFUSION AND LET THEM KNOW THE CORRECT MAKE OF VEHICLE .<br>7.Appt DAY, NOW REMEBER IM A BICSI RCDD WHICH MEANS I KNOW LOW VOLTAGE, BUT IM TOO TIRED AND MY HANDS WONT LET ME DO THE WORK ON ACOOUNT OF MY ARTHRITIS SO HERECOME BESTBUY TO SAVE DAY RIGHT? WRONG! ANDREW TOLD ME THAT MY CORRECT MAKE AND MODEL VEHICLE WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL LABOR FEES UP TO 4HRS costing $189 TO INSTALL "FREE INSTALLATION " PURCHASE BECAUSE "THEY HAD TO BYPASS THE FACTORY AMP" WHICH IS TRUE BUT IS LITERALLY UNPLUG 1 THING PLUG IN ANOTHER SEPERATE HARNESS FOR DIRECT AUDIO TO FACTORY AMP. 15 MIN IF YOUR NOT A GEEK, 3 MIN IF BY A GEEK. So the man LIED, LIED ,LIED TRYING TO UPSELL. ILL LET THE VIDEO SPEAK FOR ITSELF AFTER I ASKED FOR A MANAGER LETS JUST SAY , AT ONE POINT HE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE I WAS RECORDING THE RIDICULOUSLY DESPERATE WEAVE OF LIES ABOUT FLUX CAPACITORS AND ALL THIS Nonsense( Exagerating obviously) THAT ANY NOVICE WOULD JUST NOD AND SAY "OK" and PAID FOR THEIR "FREE INSTALLATION ". AFTER EVERYTHING WEVE ALL BEEN THROUGH BESTBUY IS GETTING CUTTHROAT? WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I HAVE A BACK UP CAM, MONO AMP, I NEED INSTALLED WHICH I BOUGHT OUTSIDE OF BESTBUY. THAT WAS IN THE TRUNK OF MY 2006 VOLVO I WAS GOING TO HAVE ADDED TO TICKET AT ANOTHER SCHEDULED INSTALLATION. <br>IM SORRY TO DO THIS TO THESE GUYS BUT THIS NOT THE TIME TO BE CUTTING PEOPLES HEADS OFF WITH DECEITFUL PRICING PRACTICES. I WILL IDENTIFY BOTH MEN IN VIDEO, THIS HAPPENED IN SAN ANTONIO, TX Northstar location. Andrew pony tail Geeksquad Manager and BRYAN BestBuy store manager (WHO JUST LOOKED STUCK , YOU COULD TELL HE HAD AUTHORITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT BUT DIDNT WANT TO RUFFLE GEEKSQUAD FEATHERS. I'm open to dialogue but I do feel Americans need to know their good ol bestbuy isnt the same and with video evidence too. JUST A HEADS UP GUYS. CHEATS A CHEAT.

This offer applies to a basic car radio installation service and there may be additional charges for vehicle-specific parts and additional labor. Based on your description it does sound like some additional labor would have been required to complete this installation as Andrew mentioned.
