I purchased a 75 inch TV February 2. The tv was scheduled to be delivered on the following Tuesday February 7th. I had missed a call at about 830 in the morning and immediately called the number back multiple times with no answer. I called the geek squad number later that afternoon to figure out what happened and was told I would need to reschedule the delivery but couldn't at the time because the order was still in a "being delivered" status. I was then told by the customer service rep that she would call me back at the same time the next day. The next day came no calls from anyone not a customer service representative nor the warehouse representative. I then called 1800 best buy and was placed on hold for a good while and then was told that my item had already been delivered and they had pictures. I asked what the pictures were of and they said they couldnt tell me for security reasons. I understood but then continued to explain the situation to the rep who then stated I needed to go up to the local store and talk to the manager. Cut to Friday I went up to the local best buy and spoke to a manager who said there was nothing they could do they don't even handle deliveries and was told to call 1800 best buy..yet again I call the number sit on hold for a long while till finally that customer rep told me I needed to file a police report. I had the rep sit on the phone and went back in to best buy to speak to the manager again and told her the situation. The manager said "I've never heard of having to do that before" went through the delivery order and showed me the pictures of where best buy said they delivered my TV which wasn't my house and finally the manager said she would "escalate" my file and I should be receiving a call. The lady still on the phone also said she would be giving me a call back to follow up..cut to Monday no calls Tuesday no calls..I think you see where I'm going with this. Finally I call 1800 best buy yet again multiple times in fact to go through the same thing being told my TV was delivered the customer service rep finally agreeing to call the warehouse and the warehouse telling them they will be in contact with me but no calls at all. I've even asked for the warehouse number to get into direct contact with them myself. I was told no again for security. It's been over 3 weeks since I made this purchase and I'm at my wits end. I've been treated very rudely and have been lied to multiple times by multiple different reps in the best buy company. I would say maybe they have the wrong number but it's the first thing they ask..can I have your phone number in case this call gets disconnected?...what's the deal best buy?
