Treadmill delivery and installation never showed

10/1: Order placed for a new treadmill through BB's site. Scheduled appointment for delivery, installation, and haul away for 10/15 between 12 and 8 PM. Also received text message about it.

10/12: Got reminder email and text about said appointment.

10/14 7:43 p.m.: Got robocall reminding me of said appointment.
10/14 9:47 p.m.: Got a vm from a live person saying that my appointment was officially scheduled for between 4 and 7 p.m.

10/15 7:39 p.m.: No one showed, so I call BB customer service. Gave my information to one gentleman, who put me on hold to find out what was happening. After 15 minutes, I got bounced to someone else (I guess the call goes back into queue after a certain amount of time), gave him my information, and he said the best advice he could give me was to call back for an update the next morning. In other words, they had no idea what was going on or where my order was. I said if they couldn't figure out what was going on by that point, that I would have to take my business elsewhere. So he offered to call me instead today between 9 and 10. I'm not counting on that phone call happening, so now I want to cancel my whole order instead.

I went on the link that was sent with the text messages I received from the appointment, and it says to schedule the appointment. I clicked on that, and just takes me to the BB home page. My order is not showing up in my purchase history at all. I'm guessing that it's because it's now in limbo. However, my BB credit card has already been charged. How can I officially cancel my order and get my money refunded so I can buy a treadmill elsewhere?
