I bought a treadmill on the January 13th and was supposed to be delievered on January 21st between 7am and 1pm. It showed up at 7pm. had to leave because of plans, I accepted the delivery and they indicated that they would come back on Tueday to install. Now I am not on the schedule when I called to confirm.
The delivery place they contact with is rude and very little people skills and could care less about all the time that you wasted waiting for them to show up..Tried call ing geek suad for assistance and no luck. Why pay the extra for the tech service if you are treated poorly.
