Total tech support is a joke

I bought a TV on 8/31 - Best Buy was scheduled to deliver and install TV on 10/8 between 8-12 am. I received four text message prior to 10/8 reminding me of my upcoming appointment. At 9:40 am … one hour and 40 minutes into the deliver window I receive a call that the TV will not be able to be delivered because of a “lack of qualified technicians.” And the soonest they could deliver and install would be 10/17 … what’s the point of offering total tech support if you can’t offer reliable service? I cancelled the entire order … tv, mount and total tech support. Will purchase elsewhere.
