I purchased tvs and total tech support and scheduled the tvs to be wall mounted. The tech damaged 2 of my walls. I made a claim with Sedgwick and have not had any responses since my initial claim filing in February...3 months later ,I'm getting the runaround when calling Sedgwick because customer support is not getting a response from the claims associate or her manager. I sent them all the requested documents and was offered a settlement from their initial response in February...this needs to be handled immediately
