I ordered four Thermador appliances a few months ago. I accepted the lead times, although two of the items were already in stock and held for me.
Again, for the items BestBuy is waiting on Thermador for, fine. I get it. However for the IN STOCK items, I have had many appointments either rescheduled or missed completely. No warnings, no calls explaining the situation, just NO SHOWS. I have taken days off work to wait for delivery. I have contractors scheduling their crew based on the delivery appoinments BB is scheduling. Totally uncacceptable.
The rep. I purchased from is not returning my calls/messages, the store manager who was supposed to be handling the situation is MIA, and I've had enough.
All my attempts to call the store direct and call through national support centers are a complete and absolute waste of time - many hours.
How can I escalate and get this resolved!?

I can see I can expect the same level of support here as from the staff in the store.
