Three cancelled installations appointments

Ordered a refrigerator and paid additional for the installation of the water line. The water line installation was scheduled nearly one month out but it was cancelled by the installer at the end of the night it was to be done. Scheduled a second appointment; again, installer cancelled at the end of the evening it was to be installed. Scheduled a third and the installer cancelled. Each time, time had to be taken off from work. I’m about to return the whole refrigerator and Best Buy will work around my schedule to pick it up; I wish you good luck and thank you for your patience. I’ll stop payment through my credit card company in the meantime. There are plenty of games that can be played. Three cancelations with next to no notice? Game on! The sad part is that the refrigerator is great!

To be honest, I’d never post on this to begin with bad there been other options to vent my frustration. Here is the requested information:

I responded to your private message. I’d rather BestBuy simply provide the service advertised and purchased. I understand, I’m this day and time, that things happen. After three times, my hope is that we can get it together as the lack of service is impacting my job. Thank you very much.
