Ordered a 70 inch TV from BB and it arrived damaged. I understand that this happens, but it's how the issue is resolved that separates successful businesses from those filing for bankruptcy.
How is it that a company can not take care of a situation like this the same day? If I call Amazon with any issue, it's immediately taken care of. I'm 3 phone calls and 2 chats into this and still have a big box sitting in my living room because I am told I need to wait 24 hours. I don't buy much from box stores for this reason.
