This is 3rd time I’ve waited & Delivery never came

GE pedestal for dryer

I ordered 2 pedestals on 10/08/21 and only 1 was delivered and installed. The day the guys came, they said they only had 1 available and to check with Best Buy about the 2nd one. A few weeks passed and was told it was on back order and check in December. December comes and bead told they had it and would be delivered on 12/11. I waited all day and took the day off for a delivery that never came. When I called, they said oops, it’s on back order and call next week. I called and was told by a manager it was available. So 12/18 it would be her for sure. I waited and called 2 times the night before and was assured it was coming Saturday. Nothing. I called and they said 12/22 it would be here and nothing. I called today and spoke with a Brittany and she offered to compensate for the trouble and assured me it would be there on 01/03. I’m now getting emails that I need to schedule my delivery when she had already done it. I even got a confirmation text saying 01/03. I’ve submitted the request again per the email I got saying to schedule it. I put 01/03. But I keep getting the same email to schedule it. When I go on the Best Buy app, the 01/03 is no longer there. I go to try and purchase another one and it says it’s not available. Not even ins stock. At this point I’m tired of waiting and need the pedestal now. Please assist.

Considering this order was placed in October, I understand why you’d be eager for the second pedestal to be delivered, so you could have a complete set. Hi. Yes. I have been waiting and still nothing. Folks have offered to compensate and offered gift cards. I really just want my 2nd pedestal to finally be delivered.
