I have a tv delivery and installation date Tuesday 11/22. I am not going to reschedule it due to Best Buy's failure to get me a signed, customized COI and Indemnity Agreement after asking 3x. I will cancel my order, get a refund and purchase from another tv vendor who can provide these documents on a timely basis. I have already provided the forms to Alex that my building requires. I have not yet received eithre back, completed and signed.
My appt is Tuesday 11/22 from 7am-11am. My building requires the documents 24 hours in advance.
Can someone help me today?

Thanks for reaching out again, I did not receive a response from the first thread you posted, Also, I can see our agent Kaiden also responded to a different thread and also did not get a response. I provided the email for you to forward us the details needed for the custom COI but we have not received that either. Please forward that information to email@example.com.
