We placed orders for thermador appliance - Range, Refrigerator, Hood, Blower and Dishwasher in Sep 2021.
All these days we were being assured that the appliances will arrive in Dec, then it moded to Jan, then Feb mid.
While some of the appliances have been scheduled for delivery next week, We are still waiting on the Hood, Blower and Dishwasher and those estimates have now moved to end April and for the hood it is July
We can see that the alternate models of the Dishwasher and the Blower are avaliable in stock at BestBuy but for some reason my bestbuy rep says its not possible to swap my order to a currently avaliable model.
How can we get some help ?
