Hello,
I placed orders for my thermador appliance - Range, Refrigerator, Hood, Blower and Dishwasher in Sep 2021.
All these days i was being assured that the appliances will arrive in Dec, then it moded to Jan, then Feb mid.
While some of the appliances have been scheduled for delivery next week, I am still waiting on the Hood, Blower and Dishwasher and those estimates have now moved to end April and for the hood it is July
I can see that the alternate models of the Dishwasher and the Blower are avaliable in stock at BestBuy but for some reason my bestbuy rep says its not possible to swap my order to a currently avaliable model.
This is really disappointing as after waiting for close to 6 months - I still dont have visibilty into how many more months to wait to have a working kitchen and its frustrating seeing that BestBuy has alternates in stock and for some reason i am not able to swap with what is currently avaliable.
Does reaching out to thermador directly help ? Is there thermaodor number for takling about order status ?
