I have 2 orders as we changed the size of the columns from 30 to 24.
Order # {removed per forum guidelines} and Order # {removed per forum guidelines}, I keep receiving email notifications that continue to push out the deliwvries of this package. I have 2 - 24 inch columns, handles, steel plates, proharmaony 48 inch range, dishwasher and microwave drawer. Hearing the horror stories is making me nervous as I could be without a kitchen for several more months. I passed by Best Buy and no Ken could give me an answer, I callled thermador and they could not give Best Buy order updates. I'm blind here.
the manger at Best Buy told me that deliveries were normal at the time of my purchase because Best Buy has more purchasing power than some of the local appliance stores that I visited. He sold me on this concept and now I'm doubting the ability to get a good ETA.
I'm paying for something that I do not have in my possession. It makes no sense to me.
if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
