I am really frustrated with how Best Buy / Pacific Sales Kitchen has handled our order and we still don't have delivery.
Order placed on Feb 14, 2021.
- All appliances delivery was scheduled for Mar 27 -> Cooktop did not get delivered
- Got email on Apr 22 saying cooktop will be delivered by May 27 -> Did not happen
- On Apr 24, delivery scheduled for June 17
- On June 13, delivery got changed to July 5
- On June 26, delivery got changed to July 13
- On July 5, got call saying delivery is now changed to August 9
We placed total order worth $25K on February 14 and we are still waiting on our cooktop. Delivery has been scheduled and cancelled multiple times. And always just 1 or 2 days before dcelivery, I get email or call saying applicance is delayed. When asked for details, answer is vendor delayed and we will ask Thermador rep but the answer is same old every time. The rep gives no insight as to whats causing the delay. How can Thermador or Best Buy not get clear answer when delivery will happen and stick to it rather than just changing deivery date randomnly and cancelling it every time.?
Now I will call them again tomorrow or visit store to figure out what's going on but seriously BEST BUY - IS THIS A JOKE? Are you guys serious? I have paid 25K at the time this order was placed. We currently have an empty cut out and no cooktop in our home for last 5 months! We have a 2 year old toddler and my wife is due with 2nd baby any minute now. How do you expect us to manage??
I understand it's covid times but, this is just total incompetence. This re-scheduling has happened for the 5th time and every time the delay is random with no explanation. I am reaching the end of our patience at this point so I would really appreciate if someone can look into this.

Thanks for joining our community here on the Best Buy Forums. I know that I personally love to spend time in my kitchen and can understand wanting your cooktop to arrive ASAP, especially as it will complete the appliance set. I am happy to look into this further!
