So I'm obviously having a similar problem to other people on this forum. I ordered about 12.5k worth of Thermador appliances from Pacific Sales/Best Buy. This includes a refridgerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and hood vent. I purchased these on July 1st. Originally I was scheduled to have them delivered September 23, and only the fridge was October 15th. So overnight best buy had sent out an email that arrived in my inbox at 2am saying that my appointments have been cancelled and I need to be rescheduled. I get a phone call from the sales employee that helped me telling me the same thing. So initially I was disappointed, but understanding covid delays. Next reschedule was set for a week later Sept 28 and fridge was still the same date. I get another alert to reschedule the following week. This delay was pushed to Oct 25 for fridge and Oct 4 for everything else. Fast forward now to July 21 now my fridge is arriving 11/1 and everything else is arriving Oct 25. So within less than one month time frame I got 3 rescheduled delays from Sept 23 to Nov 1. I understand Covid and supply chain issues are a thing right now, but luring me to believe my appliances were coming in Sept to buy, and then immediately overnight start telling me about delays is really convenient. Might I add this was the purchases made on the ONLY day I would be eligible to get the 10% in rewards so I don't want to cancel this order. I have an extensive renovation going on in my house, and would GREATLY appreciate knowing when my appliances are actually going to be delivered. For a company big enough to be selling luxury appliances to another big company like Best Buy it is hard to believe that they can't get a hold of an actual production timeline in place so I can get a more definitive delivery date. According to other posts here I'm seeing that 5 month delivery is pretty much the standard here. Surely, I hope I don't get cancellations again RIGHT before the delivery date because my contractors will be scheduled to install this and finish the kitchen backsplash.

Home renovations can sometimes be overwhelming, although we want to do all we can to make the purchase and delivery of new appliances seamless.
In some cases, products are sourced directly from our vendor partners. Delivery dates are based on when the vendor believes they will be able to fulfill the orders. Typically, those dates are accurate, although it is possible there could be unexpected delays, despite all efforts. As orders progress, our customers are notified, via email. It sounds like you’ve already been informed of the most recent changes to the delivery schedule, although I understand things are taking a bit longer than expected. Your patience is extremely appreciated.
