Thermador Appliance Delivery Delays!!!

I purchased appliances for my kitchen remodel back in March/April of this year from Pacific Sales in Chatsworth CA.  Appliances were expected to arrive in June, BB keeps changing the dates constantly, first July, then Aug 9 and now Sept 9 is the latest update i received.  The changes happen when its getting close to delivery time.  Mean while our remodel has been completed as of June and still living with no range, microwave or hood.  


I have asked to have the Thermador rep call us or if i can call to see how many orders are ahead of mine and what the true expected delivery date is.


They will not give me the info, all they say is they will call me an update and never call.  I have to keep calling BB when i get the emails that BB is changing the delivery appointment.


I have asked our rep for other options that may be more reliable and able to deliver as promised but they say all manufactures are experiencing the same issues and doesnt make sense to change.


BB has had my money since Feb(deposit) to hold the price is what they said and then paid product in full (27K) since March/April and they cant give us a call to provide reliable updates.


If BB cannot get Thermador to produce and deliver product they should not sell the product.


Hope the range is delivered soon so I dont have to think about this anymore.  Causing too much stress and anxiety.


Should of purchased Wolf or Viking.
