I am really frustrated with how Best Buy has handled our order and we still don't have delivery.
We ordered $25.6K worth of Thermador appliances on Sep. 21st, 2021
Our order included, range top, microwave/oven combo, dishwasher, refridgerator
We have been told anywhere from 6-8 weeks is how long it will take. We've been told that for over a year now. Everytime the new delivery install date comes up, we hear a new install/delivery date that is another 6-8 weeks away. This last time they are now telling us that the last piece missing (microwave/oven combo) will be at least January before it delivers. They are also telling us that they don't even feel good about that date.
Now I will call them again tomorrow or visit store to figure out what's going on but seriously BEST BUY - IS THIS A JOKE? Are you guys serious? I have paid $26K at the time this order was placed. We currently have an empty cut out and no microwave or oven in our home for over a year! I guess we can goto McDonalds for Thanksgiving?
We ordered the appliance on September 21st 2021 - It's October 28th 2022 - 13 months! I understand it's covid times but, this is just total incompetence. How can I call you guys a few days before delivery and the same day you tell me the date is now January of 2023???? They didn't even give me a phone call. This re-scheduling has happened at least 5 times. I am reaching the end of our patience at this point so I would really appreciate if someone can look into this.

Thank you for reaching out to us today on the Best Buy forums page. Having your appliances delayed is not fun. Yours been delayed for 13 months, I would be going crazy. I'm sorry this is happening to you and your family. No one want's McDonalds for Thanksgiving. I would love to see what information I can find out about this order. I wanted to reach out and let you know that the store general manager is working on your order. But he is currently out of the office at the moment on PTO. Once he get back into the store he will finish working on your order. I understand you are wanting to get this order completed, but the manager will finish working on this order once he get back in the store.
