Theft by delivery person.

Yesterday, I made a request to my Google Home speaker and didn't get any response. I then noticed it was gone. Checked my living room camera and low and behold, one if the guys that delivered my refrigerator on Thursday stole it. How do I go about reporting and resolving this?

I was told that I'd get a call from the delivery company today, but still have yet to hear anything.  What I can do to escalate this?
