The worst delivery service ... ever.

I get a text on monday evening (8/2) saying they will be delivering my order between between 8am, and noon on 8/3.

 

Great, I'll take Tuesday afternoon off and put this together and test it out ....

 

However, nothing showed up, I waited to 1pm to call about it, becuase that was the original time ...

All afternoon spent tryig to find out where my shipment is.

 

I was lied to the whole rest of the day about when it would come.  Liwed to and icalled them out on iit ...

 

For me trouble, i get a $35 gift card.

 

Not one single person could tell me where my order is except its on the truck ...

 

They didnt know where the truck was, where it had been ... but kept saying you'll get yout order in 60 to 90 minutes ...

Liars.

 

I even called the deliver people, they had no idea where the order is.

 

This moring is see i have to reschedule the appointment ... no i have to cancel my order.

 

You had you chance yesterday Best Buy, you could have told the truth about it. You blamed covid, you blamed the thrid party delivery people ... its you that has aproblem.  Not ordering anything on line for delivery again from you guys.

Terrible terrible service support from your back end people.   Maanagement needs to be held accountable for this.  You told these people to lie ...
