I have bought a washer/dryer combo and ordered an installiation service (also buying installation kits and haul away sercie). The geek squard technician came but figured out he was too big to install it. He then walked away and told me he will send another technician to come. I was waiting for a whole afternoon for him to come back, but no. I called bestbuy and they let me reschedule another date. However, bestbuy keeps sending me email that there are issues with the new appoinment and keep letting me reschedule. What can I do? If 15 days passed, I cannot return the dryer/washer combo and what else can i DO?
