Terrible service

BEST BUY.
I certainly should have read the BEST BUY reviews before making a decision to purchase from them.
P.S. I had to spend 1 hour, Seventeen minutes and 53 seconds. In order to speak with 4 people who kept transferring me to people who hung up on me.
Only a fool would purchase from this company.
BEWARE OF BEST BUY.

If you are on mobile, you maybe able to scroll al the way to the bottom and select Full instead of mobile. This will allow you to see the entirety of the page and select  the blue "PrivateMessage" button.
