Terrible service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called 5 times says expected wait time less than 5 min. After 30 + minutes all times I give up no one ever answers. I try scheduling online an error message says call the 1888 number again. On top of that I'm having issues with my rewards. I'm literally trying to call writing this over 22 min waiting . I'll probably never get my fridge.

Same situation. Have been trying to speak with someone for over an hour. Just get the run around and transferred multiple times. Terrible support.
