Recently I had a car stereo installed at the Best Buy location in Maple Grove. It was a Kenwood CD/receiver I wanted installed into my truck. First of all I had to wait a month and a half to get into this appointment. I then brought the truck in and had the unit installed. When it was done, I went out to test and found half the speakers were'nt working. This was a high end system and worked great, I was just replacing the receiver. When I brought this to the attention of the service tech, he tried to say the truck came in that way even though I know it did not. I spent over an hour telling various managers in the store I was not satisfied and this included a "Lenny" and "Allen". They wewre really not interested in helping me and then tried to say they could set up a "troubleshooting" appointment but that was 3 weeks out. I finally left the store.
Since I knew that it was not a fault of my system, I brought it to another local high end car audio installation store and they found system had been installed incorrectly, that the right phono jacks were not plugged in. They also found a wire pulled out from my sub woofer. They spent a little time and got my system up and running beautifully without selling me any new parts.
I was extremely disappointed in the way this store handled it.

Welcome to the Best Buy Forums. Thanks for making your first post.
I just recently purchased a new car, and I know that I would be feeling pretty upset if I brought it in for service and it was returned to me in a different state. I'm sorry that this happened. I would be happy to help make sure your feedback gets to the right people.
