Terrible delivery

I purchased a refrigerator the sells person Matt was wonderful but when it was delivered today it all went bad the guys installing would not even unhook my old refrigerator due to copper So they wanted to just dro the new one off I needed the old one hauled away but said no I told them I would in screw it as I was trying to do that they left and said nothing I had the sells person on the phone with me I will never buy anything from them now I purchased one from sears showed them the picture of the copper said no problem they see thus all the time but I guess Best Buy employees doesn’t understand they were talking in their language very Disrespectful keep saying they wasn’t allowed so to vent but beware

I appreciate you taking the time as it is only with the feedback of our customers that we can hope to improve. While it sounds like the service with Best Buy did not go as smoothly as we would like, I’m glad to hear that you were able to set up service to fit your situation even if it was not with us.

 

Generally speaking, it’s a great idea to review your installation area before a service is scheduled to ensure that services can be completed. The Appliance Delivery, Installation & Repair Services page here on BestBuy.com should include much of that information, including measuring tips and information about necessary water shut off valves and potential required additional parts for installation. Though I know you mentioned that you already set up service through another retailer, if you ever do change your mind, please know that you can feel free to reach out to us here on the forum with any questions in the future.
