Terrible delivery service

Terrible services I order all my appliance through Best Buy for my new apartment and wait for couple hours for the delivery today, end up with the driver said we can’t deliver the appliances to you because your street don’t have parking space for us. In order to delivery your appliance you will need to save a parking space for us ahead of time. Also you will need to request a smaller truck for delivery such as pick up truck instead... excuse me ? How ridiculous is that ? How can washer, dryer, range and refrigerator all fit into a pick up truck ?I talk to the delivery company dispatch department and found out they don’t know is a apartment complex because all my order was place on regular route with delivery truck which is for single home and expect with a garage. I am not sure what wrong with Best Buy and the contractor they work with because how can you said you don’t know the address you going is a apartment? Don’t you see the delivery address has a apartment number? Your customer was waiting for couples hours for their delivery and end up with a waste of time because no one aware is a apartment complex. GREAT Customer service and did a good job on upsetting your customer! Thanks Best Buy
