Terrible customer experience

First delivery attempt for washer and dryer and they bring to the wrong address and force me to reschedule.

 

Second delivery attempt, I sit around for the 6 hour time window. No call and no show. Sit on the terrible support line for half an hour to be told they are on their way and will call in 10 minutes. An hour later no show and no call. Sit back on customer support for 45 minutes to be told they cant reach the driver and to try again tomorrow.

 

Terrible experience all around. Will never order another appliance from Best Buy again. They don't care about their customers and they are totally incompetent.

You ingored my private message and your crew blew off yet another delivery.

 

Best Buy is atrocious. Will never buy anything from them again.
