I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator in December 2020 and Best Buy delivered and installed it in my home. The refirgerator would squeak everytime its door is opened and closed. I thought it will go away after some use. When it didn't, I thought shifting it a little bit may move it away from some dirt or something similar its wheel were resting on. It still did not stop the squeaks. In March I called the store who said it is too late for them come back and do something about it.
I have been calling the main Best Buy customer service ever since but every time I have been put on a hold queue and then dropped with a recording saying there is no one to help me. Live chat has been no better. The chat typically begins with a virtual agent before I can navigate through it to being announced that I am being put in contact with a live agent. I type my question to the supposedly live agent, but no one responds. I keep posting asking somebody to respond but find total silence.
How has it gotten so bad with Best Buy?
