Terrible costumer service

I purchased an open box item washer and dryer from a Best Buy store which was closing. Problems started from the day one. The store said they cannot deliver because they were closing which was fine I could understand but I wanted to call the customer service anyways to just the try my chance. I was told by the customer service that I was eligible for free delivery because my purchase was over 2000$. Anyways after a few phone calls between the store and geek squad I could schedule a delivery. I sold my home unit in the meantime to just to prepare the space. Delivery day came, my dryer was delivered but the delivery guy said that the washer was broken and a representative would call me the same day. Someone called me and said we would be receiving another call to schedule a new delivery for the new washer because the original one was undeliverable. I waited two days nobody called. Anyways I called anf scheduled for the new washer very easily. Delivery day came, my husband didn't go to work that day, but no one showed up. When we called, we learned that the washer was never put in the truck. We talked to maybe 3-4 different representative they said there is anything they could do. Finally the last person said that because this was an open box item we needed to locate and find another one so that they could delivered. We found another one in a town 50 miles away house, my husband went there returned/ exchanged with a new washer, talked to the manager in person, everything seemed fine. Guess what: delivery day came again no one should up. We receive confirmation texts and.emails in the mean time. I called again, no one is helping, I cannot talk to the store manager that helped me.with exchange and.scheduling the new washer again. I am extremely frustrated, I think my only option right now is going to the small claims court.

Thank you for joining us here on the Best Buy Forums. It’s always nice to meet a new member, but I wish the circumstances that brought you to us were different. Finding a great deal on appliances is exciting, and it stands to reason you’d prefer delivery as a fulfillment option. I’m glad the dryer arrived unscathed, but if the washer was not going to be useable, it stands to reason that a replacement would be necessary. Based on your description, it seems there were several parties involved, and we’d be curious to learn more about what has taken place thus far, and where we can go from here.
