Terrible Service

Dealing with Best Buy delivery has been an absolute nightmare. I paid for same day shipping on select items yesterday and haven’t received a package. I’m going on a trip and I’ve already had to push back the date a day waiting for this package to come in before I leave. I would’ve just came in to the store if I realized that delivery would be this much of a issue. What’s worse is that I’ve called and tried contacting support via twitter and all the responses I’ve got (from both in store and the call center) have told me that they don’t know what’s going on. My items have been on “preparing” & “delayed” since yesterday and there has been 0 clarity on Best Buy’s end.

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience with us. We aim to make shopping with us as easy and convenient as possible, so I regret to hear that plans needed to be rescheduled while waiting for this delivery to be completed.
