Terrible Service Non-Delivery

Ordred a wsher on 12-19-21. Scheduled for delivery on 12-27. Stayed home from work to accept delivery. Was called and told bey delivery drive that I was next on the schedule. Delivery driver does not show does not call. Receive call from Geek Squad who says that driver says they could not make delivery because of some non-sensical reason. Best buy could not give me a rescheduled date.

 

Customer service was no help. Had to go on site and next date was a week later 1-4-21. No one able to help or correct error that was not my fault and cost me time waiting for delivery of a product I have already been charged for. Best Buy phone customer service was terrible and support person clearly did not look into circumstances of my case. Said something about the washer being out of stock which he just made up. I have never had a worse experience in trying to buy something. I have low hopes for the delivery to take place on the rescheduled date. I am ready to stop shopping at Best Buy.

After carefully reviewing your order, the delivery team had concerns regarding difficulty parking in front of your home due to a busy street. They also had concerns of their vehicle going into the alley way with low hanging cables.

 

Safety for both our clients and our field team is priority when performing a delivery and/or installation. There are times where certain events occur that can prevent a delivery and/or installation, and this is explained in the terms & conditions when placing an order as well as on BestBuy.com
