Terrible Service - Appliance Delivery

We ordered a $900 Bosch dishwasher from, when it arrived (late) it was dented and soaking wet. Unwrapping it left puddles all over our kitchen and then we found that the dishwasher was literally encased in ice! The dishwasher was soaking wet and had rust stains on the back panel. Once we opened it up it was also soaking wet inside, including all documentation. We thought maybe it had been run to test it but why would the paperwork have been left inside during testing!


We called BestBuy support who offered a paltry reimbursement if we kept the item or offered to let us return it (how kind). As everything was soaking wet inside and out we were worried about it working correctly and opted to return it. At this point, we were told it would be a month before the dishwasher could be picked up and replaced, so now for, a month we have a useless, dented dishwasher, and I will have to take another day off work to receive the second delivery.


Had we not redeemed credit card points for a BestBuy gift card I would have canceled this order and used Home Depot, unfortunately, it's too late for this appliance but we will be buying the rest of our kitchen appliances & washer dryer from Home Depot, I recommend you do the same.
