Terrible Late Delivery

We order some appliance(oven and hood) in store on June 17, and we were supposed to have them delivered on July 31. But no one came.
Since Aug 1, I called the customs service center everyday, and they rescheduled the delivery everyday. I was trying to contact the dispatch team, but the custom service told they don't have the phone number. Today is Agu 8, and I am told I cannot have them delivered until Aug 13.
What will happen then? Who knows!
Bestbuy must compensate for their bad service!
