Terrible Delivery Service and Customer Support!

I don't know what happened to Best Buy but I have made purchases for years and they have gone down hill. I ordered a refrigerator for my disabled parents. The delivery was supposed to arrive on July 9th but never arrived because they said they didn't have the refrigerator in the warehouse. We rescheduled for July 16th to delivery between Noon-6PM. Again my parents having to try to move some furniture out of the way and waiting between Noon and 6PM.  At 2:30PM they called but my we didn't make the phone in time but called them within one minute back and they said sorry we left already and we are not making anymore deliveries for the day. WTH kind of service is this if they were scheduled to deliver between Noon and 6PM?  They never knocked on the door either but took a picture of the house and said no one answered/  They are supposed to wait at least 15 minutes and also KNOCK on the door which they didn't do.   

"You can cancel or reschedule" 
When I called Best Buy they said sorry you have to reschedule and we have no openings until later next week, again WTH kind of customer service is this?  The rep said but if you want to cancel you can, again wow you want to lose $800 well okay sure well cancel my order. I cancellled and now will go to PCRichards to buy a refrigerator.  Very dissapointed by this service.  If Best Buy keeps using these 3rd party delivery service people who are horrible they are going to continue get cancelled orders.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Getting a new fridge for your parents should bring joy to all of you so it’s disappointing to hear things haven’t been going smoothly.
