Terrible Delivery Service - DAMAGE to my house

I had a delivery for a refrigerator happen yesterday and I had followed the steps to clear a path and measure doorframes. I proceeded to show the delivery team where the appliance should be delivered, and they proceeded to move through a separate pathway and they destroyed the interior wall trim in the process. I have been going through the claims department and no call has been answered just straight to VM. This is such terrible service!! I just want something to be done. TO FUTURE BUYERS, BEWARE, you can follow ALL directions and THINGS WILL NOT GO WELL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOTHING.  I AM SO FRUSTRATED and you will be in a loop with customer service and claims for NOTHING to happen.
