Terrible Delivery Experience

Recently I made a purchase of a refrigerator at best buy and the appointment to delivery&install is today. In the morning, I received a text message saying the estimated arrival time is 9:30am - 11:30am. I started waiting and it is never delivered even until 9pm. The customer service kept saying it is on the truck but they are not sure when it can be delivered -- there is no ETA and the order could not be changed/rescheduled today. So I wasted the entire day expecting the order could be delivered and installed. This is a terrible experience and perhaps would never consider best buy in the future to purchase appliances.
