Terrible Customer Service. Just found this fourm. I can't even find where to start a complaint. Customer service is not where I want to start. I have been lied to one too mant times by customer service. I would like to find an email address of someone to explain why I will no longer consider Best Buy as a retail option anymore. This used to be a good company. Now they just have excuse people. If anyone wants to understand why I am so over Best Buy just listen to the last week of recorded messages from my dealings with your customer service. Excuse, promise, broken promise...repeat until I cancled my order, and found my purchase at another retailer. Customer Service need to understand when they make an appointment for delivery of a product that in not even at the warehouse is a terrible practice since people have jobs to attend and losing two days of wages don't compute to a best buy. If it is not at the warehouse tell the customer the truth even if you lose the sale. Losing a sale is not as bad as losing a loyal customer. Might as well cancle my Best Buy also. It is no longer a use to me.

I would also be frustrated with the miscommunications you describe here. While I do not personally have access to the recordings of the interactions with our phone teams I would like to make sure that this is documented on our internal systems, in addition to the phone recordings.
